Scheduled Retreat Information
Arrival-Departure -- Weekend retreats begin at 7:00 p.m. (no dinner) on Friday evening and end after breakfast on Sunday. All other retreats begin at 7:00 p.m. (no dinner) on the starting day and end after breakfast on the last day of the retreat.
Check-in after 4:00 P.M.
Transportation -- If traveling by car, follow U.S. 19 into Maggie Valley. We are located next to Ghost Town (across from a large Shell Station). If you are flying, use the Asheville, NC Airport. Transportation to and from the airport can be arranged with our volunteers at reasonable hours. We ask you to give them $25 each way for the gas etc. for the 45-mile trip to the Asheville Airport.
Smoking – Living Waters is smoke free.
Pets -- For the health and comfort of our guests, pets are not permitted.
Art Studio – Is available for anyone who wishes to include creative experiences with retreat or sabbatical time at Living Waters.
Wireless internet service is available.

Treat yourself to a spiritual renewal in the Smoky Mountains. Create your custom-made extended sabbatical time. Choose such possibilities as solitude, prayer, outings in the mountains, arts and crafts experiences, holistic, and cultural events. An art space is available for creative experiences.
When? At your convenience! How long? One month to a year. Persons on sabbatical are invited to make any of the scheduled retreats that are being given while they are here. Write, call, or e-mail for more information.
